ramblings of a madman

there was this place back in high school that my buddies and i used to go to all the time after a big test to get a big meal. it was called "mario's" and it was this small, quaint italian restaurant with a homey type of brick decor and tables with those covers with white and red checkered pattern on them. well all this is coming back because i'm DYING for a chicken parm meal from them. man, those chicken parms... we had a lot of them. i'm sure it was a big contribution to all the fat i've put on in the past couple of years. ;-)

i don't think i'll find a chicken parm quite like it... even though i'm in nyc! if anyone knows of any restaurant in nyc with "mario's" style chicken parm let me know.
